Please note - When booking an appointment with GH Beauty you agree to the following terms & conditions. It is your responsibility as the consumer to ensure you have taken time to read the following.
Booking fee
A booking fee of 50% of the cost of treatment is taken at time of booking. This is then taken from the cost of your final payment. The Booking fee is non refundable and can be moved over to a new appointment once - as long as it is doesn't fall within the 48hr cancellation time frame
Cancellation Policy / No shows
We understand that some things are unavoidable but do ask that at least 48hrs notice is given if you wish to cancel or amend an appointment. If 48hrs is not given the booking fee will be lost. In the event of a no show appointment - the remainder of the treatment cost (Minus booking fee) will be required before rebooking in. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will not be able to go ahead and you will lose your booking fee.
Salon Policies
Please attend your appointment on your own.
Discount bookings
When booking a course of treatments a discount will be applied. If you do not go ahead and book all your sessions you will not be eligible for a refund.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
A patch test must be carried out 48hrs before the relevant treatment. It is your responsibility to arrange for this to happen. Failure to do so will result in you appointment not going ahead & loss of the booking fee.
A Client consultation must be filled out prior to your appointment.
Photos will be taken before and after your treatment. This is a requirement for our insureres.
